Spiedie Fest 2018

We want to sell your books for you!

Brain to Books has reserved a space at our local 34th Annual Spiedie Fest!

A spiedie  (pronounced “spee-dee”) is marinated chicken, pork, or lamb grilled on a stick then served as a sandwich. OMG, SO GOOD!

This 3-day event attracts over 100,000 people. It was featured on Food Network’s “Unwrapped.” We have celebrities and singers in from American Idol. The Styx is performing this year. It is 10 minute drive from Brain to Books and will be held on 4, 5, & 6 August 2018. The 12′ x 12′ space we are reserving is $250. We are using this event to advertise “B2BCyCon Live at the McKinley” and we’re selling books as a mini marketing preview to our 2019 event!

Want in?

Send us $20.00 per title via PayPal to “[email protected]” and send us whatever books, marketing, swag you want us to sell on your behalf. 100% of the profits will be sent to you via PayPal.

What about the books you don’t sell?

  1. We can safely store them for CyCon Live 2019 if you or your books are scheduled to attend or…
  2. We can ship them back to you. Shipping and handling is covered by the author.

What do you get out of this if you’re sending me 100% of the profits?

Your books help us advertise. Your $20.00 will help cover the cost of the 12′ x 12′ space and will be help us pay for marketing materials. If enough money is raised, we can rent a second 12′ x 12′ space and begin to cover the costs of CyCon Live. Your books serve as a “sampler” of the CyCon Live that we are building for 2019. We are using Spiedie Fest to build our newsletter, get your books to more readers, and bring awareness to the local area on our event.

Can I just send you swag without paying the $20.00?

Yes, but we ask that you support or share the Brain to Books fund.

All books/swag must be received no later than 15 July 2018!

If you have additional questions, email us at [email protected]

Thank you and may the kindest of words always find you.

Warmest wishes,

Angela B. Chrysler
